These terms govern your use of the Arka Studio website and any services provided by Arka Studio LLC. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Arka Studio designs and builds websites, web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, automation, and custom software. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Proposals and payment

Work begins after a proposal is accepted. Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are set out in the applicable proposal. Estimates are based on the scope agreed at the time and may change if the scope changes.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final delivered work transfers to the client upon full payment. Arka Studio may reference completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

No guarantees

We deliver our work professionally, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, search rankings, or growth. Such results depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arka Studio's liability for any claim related to its services is limited to the amount paid for the work giving rise to the claim.
